About Kanishk
Talented 12-year-old British racing driver hailing from Woking,Surrey. Kanishk’s passion for racing ignited at the young age of 7 when his father took him to Surbiton Raceway. Astonishing everyone, he led the pack of drivers on his very first karting experience. Impressed by his natural talent, spectators were amazed to learn it was Kanishk’s debut. Starting at local circuits like Daytona Raceway and Buckmore kart circuit, Kanishk honed his skills amongst like-minded competitors. Recognizing his potential, former F3 and Formula Renault driver, Paul Munn, offered Kanishk a place in the Paul Munn Racing Driver program (PMR) at the age of 8.
Kanishk has achieved an impressive ranking of 9th in the highly competitive IAME Cadet Category in the UK. His remarkable performance can be attributed to his outstanding performance in the British National Championship 2022, where he persevered through a grueling competition spanning seven rounds across various locations in the UK.
In a remarkable feat, Kanishk emerged as the reigning champion of the Shenington Kart Club IAME Cadet 2021 competition. Displaying exceptional skill and determination, Kanishk secured a commanding lead of 13 points over his closest rival, solidifying his status as a true champion in the karting world.
